r71 Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the r71 platform. By registering, you agree to all of these terms.
1. General Terms
r71 ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online gaming and sports betting service. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between r71 and the user ("you", "member", "player"). By accessing the platform or registering an account, you are automatically considered to have accepted these terms.
These terms are written in Bengali and apply to players in Bangladesh. In the event of any language dispute, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative. r71 reserves the right to amend, revise or update these terms at any time. Updated terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform.

2. Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to participate on the r71 platform. This service is for those aged 21 and above only. Minors are not permitted to create accounts, and any such account found will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each player may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same identity is a violation of the rules and all accounts will be closed. Attempting to open multiple accounts from the same device, the same IP address or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited.
2.3 Registration Information
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in the account being suspended or closed. r71 may request additional documents at any time for identity verification purposes.
3. Account Management
3.1 Password and Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You should not share this information with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
3.2 Account Suspension and Closure
r71 reserves the right to investigate, suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- If evidence of a breach of terms is found
- If fraudulent activity is suspected
- If identity verification has not been completed
- In cases of friendly fraud or chargebacks
- For legal or regulatory reasons
3.3 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request to close your account at any time via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳300 (three hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka).
4.2 Payment Methods
r71 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed during identity verification or if additional investigation is required.
4.4 Reasons for Rejection
Withdrawal requests may be rejected or placed on hold in the following circumstances:
- If the wagering requirement of an active bonus has not been met
- If identity verification has not been completed
- If the account is under investigation
- In cases of technical error
4.5 Same Method Policy
For security purposes, r71 generally processes withdrawals via the same payment method used for the deposit. Exceptions may be made in special cases and will be handled through our support team.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at r71 have the opportunity to receive up to a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To claim this bonus, a minimum deposit of ৳300 is required, and a wagering requirement of 15x the combined total of the original deposit and the bonus must be completed before the bonus can be fully withdrawn.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has a specific validity period and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is issued.
- Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
- It may not be possible to use multiple bonuses at the same time.
- r71 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.
- If a bonus is claimed through fraudulent means, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
5.3 VIP Program
r71's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.2% for Bronze, up to 0.5% for Silver, up to 0.8% for Gold and up to 1.0% for Platinum. Advancement to a higher tier depends on your activity and engagement on the platform.
6. Game Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
All games on the r71 platform are operated fairly and transparently. We use software from certified game providers such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi and many more.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a technical error occurs in any game, the result of that round may be considered void and bets will be returned. r71 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical errors.
6.3 Game History
All your game history, bets and results are stored on the server. In the event of any dispute, server logs will be considered the definitive evidence.
6.4 Sports Betting
Separate terms may apply for betting on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup and IPL), football, kabaddi and other sports. In the event of any event being cancelled, postponed or having its outcome changed, r71's decision will be considered final.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the r71 platform:
- Playing games or placing bets using automated software, bots, scripts or similar technology.
- Using any form of fraudulent method to influence game outcomes.
- Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses.
- Selling, transferring or renting accounts.
- Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting unauthorized access to the site's servers or network.
- Engaging in offensive, threatening or harassing behavior toward other players or staff.
- Participating in betting syndicates or any coordinated fraudulent activity.
If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above prohibited activities, the account may be closed, all balances forfeited and legal action may be taken.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Nature of Service
r71 provides its service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
8.2 Limitation of Damages
To the extent permitted by law, r71 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or special damages. This includes losses arising from technical errors, internet disconnection or third-party service failures.
8.3 Your Responsibility

9.1 Complaints Process
